Wellness Wednesdays

as we all know, financial wellness is not just about numbers, frugality, paying off our debts, and keeping up with our issues of kiplinger’s magazines.

financial wellness is also about our own emotional/mental and physical well-being.  it is also about how we care for ourselves through our nutrition, hygiene, cultivating relationships with others, and much more*.  how well or much we do or do not sleep will affect how we handle our finances.  so will how we do or do not nurture our interests outside of money.

on at least 2 wednesdays each month, i would like to explore these sort of issues and more.  together we can stop and think about how we are or are not taking care of ourselves in order that we might be in tip-top shape to tackle our personal finances.
